Yeah if he gets cleaned up by a beauty of a ball you shrug and say “ah well, he’s number 11…”
But he still has to be professional and do all he can to support the established batsman.
There’s nothing more admirable in cricket than a tailender supporting a batsman to a milestone.

I hinted at this a few days ago - O'Rouke has very mopey body language. He looks disinterested at times. While things are going well for him people will over look it, but when he fucks up or gets consistently tonked people will question him a little more than others. I say this because I was always accused of looking mopey even when I was trying and it was frustrating for me.

Interesting stuff.
Fair to say the others have started much stronger than Ravindra has…..but these guys could well be of that KW/Kohli/Root/Smith class.
Will be interesting to check back in a couple of years
