@Chris-B Possibly. I think i'd go Springer personally, but he doesn't offer much of a kicking game.
Fihaki will be quite an underrated loss. He was very solid last night and his clearances will be missed.

I'm not a fan. But he had a good game last night, delivered in a number of crucial moments

Fihaki had a couple of nice long passes too.
With his defense and distribution he's more suited to 13 or 15. He offers nothing on attack on the wing.

Not sure about defence. He has had real issues on defence this year.

TR put it best. Decent at SR level, no business being in the ABs

Teams have attacked down his side because he more often than not comes in when he shouldn’t. Hasn’t used the sideline to his advantage either. Not a natural winger and it has shown. Closer in he is more than physical enough but you’d want to see him get a decent NPC campaign in there.

So he's not a natural winger but will probably be selected to the ABs as a .... winger

Having met Rob Penny on a couple of occasions in the past I found him a really decent type and it comes through when he’s being interviewed very humble and respectful
Man he copped some unwanted some attention about his coaching credentials this time last year and it’s fair to say he’s answered his critics big time
So I’m actually quite wrapt for the guy , he’s 80 minutes away from carving his own piece of history or dare I say some unwanted history given the 31-0 knockout record
Regardless for mine he’s done a superb job@Steven-Harris The Crusaders are a well-coached and well-led outfit this year.

Has anyone heard anything about Newell? He went down clutching his knee/leg in the last 5mins.
Pretty incredible he played 80mins...

I noticed that too. Was down for a while and looked in a fair amount of pain, but when he got up he didn't appear to limp. Will be a massive loss if he is out along with Williams.

Dumb by sotutu but this ref really needs to let things go a bit
Shalfoon bought that with a nudge to Ta'Avao's noggin.

Would very much have liked another look

I finally got round to taking another look.
The TMO mysteriously didn't check the grounding.
It looked to me that it squirted forward out of WJ's hands but he forced it very slightly after it bounced.
Right in front of Doleman, who saw no reason to double check.
It was only a knock out final after all.

I think you will find TMO always does a check, why sometimes they alert ref if they see problem.

Repeat in Lion v Pumas match, but TMO overruled a missed knock on right in front of his nose.

Fusitia gone
I thought he was lucky not to get done earlier I thought
This was the crux of the game. Watched replay last night. Fusitua didn’t advance. Barrett lunged forward suddenly leading with head.
The physics was that Barrett butted Fusitua.
