errors cost us, we were falling off tackles but scrambling but 2 tries in 2 minutes basically shut the door.

Pastoa not doing well linking, Nock too indecisive and slow

The passing from a few of the backs has been laboured

@Duluth doesnt help with Nocks delivery slow and inaccurate, he really looks disinterested, just a knock on effect

It's a very poor decision to keep driving over when there's so little chance of getting the ball on the ground.

that final play sums up not only this game, but our 1st 3 really....poor ball retention.

We are giving ourselves enough chances, but our poor execution and handling are costing us big time.

We lack punch in the backs despite our pack doing well, we need to start Salmon, he at least offers a bit of go forward.

Thought Hutchings did well coming in so early too, not sure who is next in line if Mullan or Moulds are not available next week,

That game should have been closer. Northland their own worst enemies, forwards have potential some really good ruck work.

Miss having Trainor at Auckland, always like him as a player

I was starting to get a bit concerned, but our scrum got better with KSM and probably Leppien and your's got worse and that was the difference.

We'd given a few penalties away at the start of the second half to help piggyback Northland back into contention, but then the scrum penalties eased the pressure.
