Andrew Kellaway has been ruled out with a calf strain.

Kellaway is out with a calf injury

The Roar reporting that it will be a back 3 of Jorgensen Potter and Toole with JOC at 10 and Edmed on the bench.

That back 3 is a vulnerable. Potter isn’t a great defender.

JOC will get the team moving forward though

What have they done with the leaker ?
Don't they know how important it is for us to get the good oil early.

    A bunch of ABs back.

    Several Wallabies out.

    Eden Park Hoodoo.

Zero chance of getting the Bledisloe back.

I don't think Parker is a great option at 8.

I'd probably pick Jacobson or Sititi to play 8 and put Parker on the bench if Vaa'i is playing 6.

I get the argument that Sititi and Ardie are a bit same-same, but they worked OK at 6/8 last year, so maybe they can be melded at 7/8.

    Hope you're right.

We've suffered quite a bit this year, already - and we're not as practiced at it as you guys!

Give us another couple of years before sticking that Bled knife in! 🙂

@Chris-B TBH I think this year was our best chance IF we could get the best team on the park, including Skelton.

Maybe they can, but I'd dispute that they worked well together last year. They both (particularly Sititi) did some good stuff individually, but our loosies as a unit were consistently 2nd best - so if you think those two were good together, that seems a lot of blame to heap on one other guy - who wasn't always the same guy either.
And they were well outplayed last week, with the other loosie being somebody who didn't play at all last year.
If Sititi were playing as well as last year individually, I think him plus Vaai plus either Dalton or Ethan would work, with Ardie on the bench. But he's not. Last year we had no size, this year we have no workers.

If you’re saying that’s the backline, that’s incorrect.

I won’t be posting this week as the leaks over the last few weeks got a bit crazy and I got asked if I was sharing the info.

I'm going to see if something still gets leaked on Facebook etc even if I don't post the backline. The Myth of Dmac page for example seemed to post not long after I had shared the info.

May seem silly to some but if I want to keep getting the inside oil I’ll tone it back this week so we can try keep the inside scoop long term. Apologies.

That's more or less the side I'm expecting too. Surely by now Razor will go for either Lakai or Jacobson on the bench ahead of Kirifi.

Thought they might play Jacobson on bench to add to leadership at the end, and thought Procter might be rested. Otherwise it all looks pretty sound to me if that is the team.

So a has been at 13, a back row with a lock at 6 and two midgets at 7 and 8 after banging on all year about size, a lock that’s let in two tires in a row, two props a that have been taken to town by the Bok scrum? The one loose forward that actually hits rucks on the bench?

I thought selections were supposed to reward performance?
