Boks take it owing to AB and Puma blow outs in last 20.
But in reality nothing in it between Boks and ABs.

    Wellington would suggest somewhat otherwise.......

I don't think there is that much between the Boks and the ABs in terms of player ability, skill and athleticism, but the Boks are the better led side by some distance on and off the field at the moment.

There was nothing in it in Caketin after 55. Our decision makers then went full on Blues chasing the game, which led to an extra 14 Boks or more. In the end the points difference was decisive.

Boks lost at Ellis and Eden Parks, so very beatable.

@pakman Of course, they are beatable but they have assembled a squad that only knows about winning tournaments and trophies at the moment. It's a good habit on their part.

I think a key difference is that the Boks enjoy almost unconditional support. So when we beat them fair and square at Eden Park the message was that they only lost because they didn’t convert the ample opportunities to win.

And unfettered self belief is very useful in 50:50 games.

ABs supporters are rightly of the view that standards are below par, but the impact on confidence is probably self reinforcing.

I really hope the players have better things to do when preparing for a test than to scroll through here or to listen to talk back radio.

I suspect the coaching they receive has a much bigger impact on them rather our waffle

    @sparky The results suggest that.

The Rugby Championship has given me hope. We really have some very good players.
In a short period of time we have developed some decent wingers, centres, loose forwards.
Have strength in locks and props.
The big issues everyone knows about starts with captaincy and 10.
Biggest handbrakes are coaches and leadership.

The Championship really doesn't help itself

Final Saturday and the title is on the line

Night game in OZ followed by a 2pm afternoon match in London

Kick off to see if your team - in this case NZ - can win it all is 2am NZ time

Yep - I don't trust our current coaching staff to out smart the Boks right now.

I think they're 10 points better than us.
    Superior scrum.
    Much better 10.
    More depth.
    More powerful loose forwards
    Better coach.
    More savvy players.
We were bloody lucky it was raining at Eden Park.

If they have a superior scrum, much better 10, better coach, more savvy players and more powerful loose forwards they should still do better in the rain!
