    Christie and Reeves?

So we're either talking a folk singer from the Midlands or a murder mystery in Ohio.

ALB and Reece i mean really wtf. What’s the point. Rieko been there done that.

From the chasing pack England evolving and showing good progress. But Robertson so so disappointing to date. So little progress, no game plan, no fly half developed. Loose forwards endless mishmash of mediocrity. Badly in need of a coach with international experience / hard edge to help him to the WC.

There is no logic as to why Tangitau cant play this weekend.

Reece is a waste of a jersey.

If we lose or win by say less than 10, would Razor be sacked?

If he loses he should be. At the very least publicly put on notice and his assistants shown the door.

To put it in perspective it's not a loss to a team that hasn't beaten us in decades but are rapidly becoming the best in the world. They've had a run of plucky losses and absolute beltings.

Who are also ranked 12th with their only wins the past two years against Japan

The only thing I can think of is possibly contract/financial reasons? He was not in the original squad, and given there is a fit winger from the original squad available maybe there is 'behind the scenes' pressure.

Perfect opportunity to see what Preston or Fakatava could do but no, the coward goes with the safe option again

Because he's dug himself into a hole. A few losses would have been accepted if he tried new stuff and players but he wasted 2 years learning the ropes - with the "learning bit is debatable.

Now every win is crucial and job survival is the name of the game

Will Wales' 72 year wait for their 4th victory over the All Blacks end today?

@SammyC Wales' best chance on Saturday is the target Ratima, ALB and Kirifi and hope all three shit the bed.

I think Kirifi will do fine, he is not the answer at 7, but he will put in the work.
ALB - who knows, probably just get a card and be off the field anyway.

ALB just needs a bit more luck with selections next year to bring up 100 richly deserved AB caps.

He's been loyal and a great servant - but should have been quietly advised to retire from Test rugby last year with his reputation intact.

The handicap is the All Blacks by 28 points which feels generous.

    From the article.

"“It’s challenging when you’ve got a world-class fullback like Will Jordan, and the balance of selection when you’re going for a Grand Slam. "

    Bugger me. Will J is a world-class wing. He's a severely limited 15.

That stance was a lot less popular probably even up until halfway through this year. At the start of the year you would have been in a very small minority if you said that.

@Bones WJ is a right wing. And a world class one. Post 2027, I think he should shift to Centre. He is an emergency Test Fullback at best.

It's challenging to not select Love when you have several wing injuries and a disfunctional backline with a 10 playing really badly. People underestimate how hard it is to get your head so far up your own arse that you can't see those problems after 2 whole years, and can thereby avoid considering putting Jordan on the wing and McKenzie at 10 - which would mean a totally unnecessary risk of having to play a guy who is older than Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu. Look what a disaster that's been for poor old Rassie.

If he actually shows that in big games and pressure moments, I'm on board. RWC final begs to differ.

@Bones A bit harsh. He wasn't the only back to go missing on that night in Paris.

I haven't watched that one back but I thought the big problem was Richie Mo'unga and Jordie Barrett misfiring under big pressure from the Saffa loose forwards.

His try-scoring record in Tests on the Right Wing is not bad.

His play for the crusaders this year was a massive improvement, he's since gone backwards at a fast rate. There is hope, but maybe McCaw should have singled out him rather than Parker.

@sparky got another big pressure game where he's stood out as world class and not just chimed in with one sublime run?
