What do you expect Kirk to do?
There needs to be some sort of political heave to oust Razor, whether he has the whip hand himself or not.
His assistants can go too.
Scooter should be stripped.
I not a Robertson fan etc, but no way is there any sense in removing him, just setting up next coach for failure. But as I said that not up to Kirk, it's up to board surely.
And even the captain (although not sure he should have job by any means, as I not convinced he in top 2 locks) , but it can only be coach that appoints captain.I not a fucking newbie to the English language.
Really, and I supposed to be worried ?
I am wouldn't think so.
To be honest Bones, I don't check anything I write as I never really get that worried about mistakes etc.

Very mediocre season by the ABs to continue our slide into averageness. Some good individual efforts… CC, Codie, Holland, Roigard… Quin and LF (latterly), and who knows if Love would have been any good if he had chances earlier?
But the coaching set up is clearly out of their depth. There’s areas of our game that have looked great in spurts, but overall lack of vision, cohesion and a clear, effective game plan. The players look as confused and discombobulated as we feel as fans. I had hoped for more in season 2, but decidedly underwhelmed.
Let’s hope NZ Rugby has some balls and will walk back from their (in hindsight) bad call.

The coaching set up needs some major surgery. NZR has to lay down the law and ring the changes. Razor either stays on board and plays the good team mate with the new team with someone else resetting selection and game plan or he leaves. I don't really care at this point
