he used to be avery good player. his body betrayed him but he can sometimes do good things

ALB is still a good player. He's not the most explosive, but he's a very competent midfielder.
But if you're not going to start him, he should be in the stands.
Edit: and if he's in the stands, there is a strong argument to pick a young fella on potential instead.

ALB made some nice direct runs. Rieko too. We look more dangerous when we run straight and hard instead of sideways. What a surprise
