international experience with Japan
and the wooden spoon was at least partially influenced by some players playing out their contracts, couldnt get who he really wanted until others moved on
the single title is one thing but i think baring 2013 this tenure then is very well regarded, great team culture
the final question, who is a better option?...not saying there arent any, but think all have some sort of compromise
