That is a disaster the tail wagging the dog has never worked what happens if the players dont like the next coach.
Looks like the players are going to coach themselves and are untouchable, selections become a closed shop on their say so no mates getting dropped at any time.Certain players will be bigger than the game that should never happen.
Player Power brings a lot of teams down and they never come back.
If certain players are not sent packing with the coaches NZR are on a dog lead on certain players whims.He's been sacked becauses he's the worst All Black coach of the professional era.

Unless it’s a decent coach that has tier one experience and more than one super rugby title, it’s for nothing. If Savea appears at 7 and Beuaden at 10 in the first game, what was the point? If the backs still can’t catch a high ball, what’s the point? Etc etc. thinking this solves everything is fucking stupid

I've been asking around people I know on the rugby scene all morning for info.
There are rumours swirling around (from the sponsorships side) that it is Jamie Jo & Tony Brown to come in.
Take with a grain of salt as I'm not convinced getting Tony back will be easy.
