That’s embarrassing Blundel you leave the ball to a predominate in swing bowler.
That’s poor Potts is a front on open stance bowler it’s mostly coming in.

Was a shocker by Blundell, you can't afford to leave ball when it's threatening the stumps.

Maybe? We batted erratically at best throughout the home summer, and shithouse in the second warmup game. England look fired up and aggressive, but I guess they're also back home, in the sun at Lords, after being beaten up in Oz and in the Caribbean.

I'd rather have their coach than ours I guess..

We needed him to stick around with Colin. He's capable of proper batting

Oh I agree. Brainless batting like the top order. Should have calmed down after he hit the four.

    Southee gone for 26. 86-8

At least he got some decent runs for a tail-ender. Embarrassing stuff overall though.

Patel on 5 has more runs that no's 1-3 combined.

If we can get to say, 120-150, we might be able to salvage a bit of pride.

You know if Timmy is equal top scorer we are in some serious trouble. I don't see our bowling attack as being incisive enough to get us back. No Wags either... 🤬

I'm sure by the time they get out to bat it will have turned into a road....

A bit chilly at Lords. Pity our top four didn’t turn up.
