Yeah, it looks like the head was photoshopped on. Must admit I was thinking it was a case of doping. South African school rugby is no stranger to players trying to cheat their way to success.

It also decreases your vertical height.
I have recently volunteered for a medical trial researching stroke prevention (I know a couple of people who died from strokes).
Had to have a battery of tests before it started including having my height measured for the first time in decades. I am 4 cm shorter than I was when in my 20's.
