@Daffy-Jaffy There's a person that doesn't want more "ball in play" time.

@Chris The French locks -
4 - Auradou - 2m, 102kg
5 - Tuilagi - 1.94m, 149kg
19 - Liufau - 1.96m, 126kgand Tuilagi is only 18!
I find it interesting that given his size and the way he plays, why he isn’t playing in the loose as opposed to lock. Do they have a 6 and 8 that are barnstorming that have to be selected?
-
According to Wikipedia he is Henry Tuilagi's son.
-
@ACT-Crusader Gazzotti the No. 8 is 1.92m and 110kg so a decent size. Both Tuilagi and Liufau are listed as backrow forwards on that linked squad list.
This French team put 60+ points on the Wesh team that we struggled to get past.

Here's the NZ match stats (including weight height and ages of all the players)

Tom Allen is only 18 according to this

For the current round. Some teams aren't posted yet. Like NZ. But France is including a link to player stats
As is Australia. They have one Blackwell height lock at 1.90 but the other is 1.99
https://all.rugby/tournament/u20-championship/fixtures-results
But maybe as Stargazer said the stats might not be reliable. But it's a good guide
There is also lots of great stats as I went down the page
Like pack weight France v NZ. NB. Backs are called Backwards (I guess a forward set this up)

There are four players in the U20 squad who are in their first year out of school. Vai and Bason are the others.

@Tordah Yeah. Unless Laidlaw is Harry Potter and can wave a magic wand, his tight five aren't going to be much better than those who got beaten by the Aussie kids a month ago. And the expectation seems to be France will be better.
Without having paid much too attention, I'd guess France by plenty.
