Taranaki v Waikato (QF)
-
A little stronger Waikato team than I was expecting with the further injuries in the last game and long-term absentees like Sinkinson and Moorby. Mathis v Naholo will be an interesting clash.

If Moorby or Anderson were fit Cook-Savage could have played on the wing. No Sinkinson, Coombes-Fabling (all season) or G Wrampling, and then Naufahu injured his shoulder early in the Canterbury game. Mathis was probably the most dangerous winger in the last game.

Waikato defs looking like the better team atm. The commentators are fairly spot on, Taranaki look really flat.

It’s been quite cool seeing the young bucks going up against the older fellas this week. Roigard vs Perenara last night and now Jacomb vs Cruden tonight. Love the NPC.

lol Finau hitting first fives again. Does he ever do it on forwards?

Shouldn’t be a card
