Way to let the team down Dolph! This could get real ugly now.

Nice response by the Chiefs. Cruden converts 22-9.

Luatua you fucking scummy dirtbag. Must say, I'm a bit surprised TNW didn't get whisked away immediately for a concussion test.

I feel for the blues and I was hoping for good contest. First 30 was good however it was the chiefs allowing the blues in the game with errors and penalties.

Chiefs do look good with great forward play. Fantastic touches by the tall timber. Could get messy in the 2nd 40.

Stupid player ruined the contest. When you get near the head that far off the ball it's the player who's a muppet.

That is some dumb dumb shit from Luatua - not like he is some rookie. Piss off to Bristol if you are going to do that.

Gibson and Pulu going well for a team going backwards.

Blues might as well sub all their ABs on to give them some gametime.

Chiefs deserve their lead , have taken the initiative better ,

Concerned for this new rule though , and how often it will end a good contest

It's Luatua that's ruined the contest not the ruling. Not needed and as kiwimurph said he can go to Bristol early with stupid shit like that.

I wonder if a better rule for red cards would be 10 minutes at 14 men then a forced reserve and perhaps that player sits out next week. Red cards just have too much of an impact if early in a game.

So the Blues must have known they would get owned in the lineout. Why didn't they put the front row as the lineout? It would have been more competitive.

Too much kicking by West and Pulu but I think the Chiefs know that Piers can only shovel the ball along the chain and offers no inside threat like Moala so they can focus on Ioane.

Blues have not established a forward presence. Game over. Should've picked 17+.

@broughie Should've looked for some quick throws. Breaks up the defence's pattern a bit too.

Boshier has looked good, plenty of touches and appears to turn up in the right places.
