It was a random tiebreaker of "who had most maximums in the week" to sort out the qualifiers who scored 37.

Only the second week of Wednesday games and already some tipping weariness is setting in. Missing tippers are Sportboy, Antipodean, Paj, Clara, FarNthHayden, Fiamacho, Phooey, ACT Crusader, Smudge so some teams are short on numbers this week - especially South Island. All non-tippers get 5 fewer points than the lowest total of the week so these are yet to be added to the team scores below. Also a few late tippers (including myself, I thought it was still Tuesday on Wednesday) but largely unaffected as nearly everyone picked Wellington in Game 1.
