Further to the above, no hotspot (none - sorry Punter, Patto and Larbusmanushaggy), no snicko until way after passing the bat, Dar unmoved (sure, not always the best indication ...), Angry Lesbian unmoved at 1st slip ... and what is wrong with the DRS again?

There was a little spot on the bat. However it was very small and it wasn't clear it was where the ball went past. The spot could have come from anything.
No snicko meant that there wasn't enough to overturn the decision.

O Ye of little faith!!!!
Given this is the last day of my holidays and I’ve done three hours work in the garden this morning I’m ready (and allowed justifiably so) to settle in and watch the BCs step up and bat out a solid day!!!!

That right here is the difference between the 2 sides, they don’t give their wickets away like that, and they don’t lose wickets back to back, especially not both set batsmen.

We are too generous.
Chance to get him out of the game or at the very least to make him take it off so its harder for him, but no.
