1.28 remaining even with ( as always ) some tough spelling on a certain Fijian wingers name.

Took me 21 seconds. I'd take out the years to make it slightly harder.

Just guess a bunch of stereotypical Welsh names and you're halfway there.

Best way to remember it is to remember that the C is a TH sound, well works for me.

The quiz wouldn't accept my correct answer (surname) for the 1960 captain. I didn't know the second 1949 captain.

Spelt 1960 wrong.

Missed the 2nd 49 ... but would have got him as I knew he captained against the Lions so woukd have tried him.

@bovidae just checked. You're right. Surname only doesn't work. Works for full name (christian-name surname).

also missed 2nd 49 - should have got him as he is usually one of my defaults from that period i.e. one of the few names I know

@rugger-quizzes So I was able to get the ones most knew simply by rolling off Japanese cities. Would never have got the others - EVER
