Backs are a mess
BB was not in form at 15 during SRA, played better at 10.
Goodhue is a better 13 than 12. If Ioane starts ALB should be 12.
JB is not a winger and Bridge is not a strike weapon.
Forwards are OK although I would prefer that Sotutu starts and Ardie finishes. -

Not 100% sure about the rest.I posted the starting XV earlier, 4–15 is identical which suggests to me that my source is again 100% accurate, unless you are guessing,

The back 3 is just plain weird - shoehorning the best 15 to wing in order to select someone at 15 who looked far better at 10 (not 15) during Super Rugby and then on the other wing deciding against a strike winger.

I'd go so far as to say that is the worst of the 'likely' backline combos they could pick and I can't match it at all with their statement of selecting on form rather than reputation.
So, if this is the case, a big black mark in the first box of the regime for saying something and not having the conviction to see it through.
This all assumes that the sauce is good. -
