@Snowy you're not wrong...but thats small comfort if we get bagged for some sort of cultural insensitivity

We could put a Koru on ours?

    > The Wallabies colour is yellow, they can do that with indigenous patterns.

France changeing their blue pissed me off too. Any team that changes their colours so that we can't wear Black are fuckwits.

of course they can, and have done before...but not now and theyre not going to make a new jersey before tomorrow

I asked in another thread if we should maybe do something different with our alternate strip, somethign other than plain white

    Silver?

@booboo why would we ever have silver? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

i like the idea of the alternative jersey being an "indigenous" Jersey, so maybe mainly white but with Red and Black designs on the sleeves

Jordie Barrett ahead of Will Jordan at 14 makes very little sense IMHO.

I agree , only thing i can think of apart from the goalkicking option ,

With Beaudie playing up in the line as first receiver often , they like having him there to cover fullback ?

But Jordan plays fullback as well i know

Jordie has done well but Jordan is the bigger attacking threat, as good or better with the high ball and can play FB. With 2 goal kickers on the field already, Jordie's main advantage is irrelevant. I'm hoping Clarke and Sotutu play well, we need to be testing these guys now and Clarke has shown he has the temperament and x-factor needed for test football.

Is ANZ Stadium allowed to be at full capacity for this game, or is it like the NRL grand final with reduced attendance?

Forecasting thunderstorms for the afternoon but it should clear up and will be fine at kickoff. The ground drains pretty well too so conditions should be good.

@Nepia I reckon Jordie very clearly went up a level this year. He was excellent for the Hurricanes - barely made a mistake.

He's made a few rookie errors in the ABs, but those have to be left in the past at some point. He'll doubtless make a few more mistakes in his career - even Ben Smith got sent off in a World Cup final - but, I expect them to be relatively rare.

People like Jordan and Clarke probably still have their rookie errors in front of them - even if they ultimately become very safe options.

@Chris-B I agree, Jordie made huge strides this year in minimising those silly errors and he was safe as houses for the Canes under the high ball.

I still question him as a winger because of his speed but he is still a solid option there.

@Chris-B I agree, Jordie made huge strides this year in minimising those silly errors and he was safe as houses for the Canes under the high ball.

I'm sure that's what Fozzie's happy to settle for for now.

Jordan and Reece's games are a bit more risk and reward - in particular, Will makes things happen through skills allied with speed - but, that can go horribly wrong - and a test debut is a likely place for that to happen, so best to ease him in vs the Argies or dead rubber games.

When we play this fixture next year I'll be surprised and disappointed if Jordan isn't locked in by then.
