The NP coaching staff look to be on the field giving their team instructions during that injury break. Is that allowed in schools rugby?

Napier trying hard to score via the pick and go, but NP manages to keep them out thus far. NP giving away a lot of penalties, but the ref seems reluctant to go to the pocket.

@Stargazer Well that was a flagrant violation then. Having said that I noticed the NBHS coaching staff doing likewise during their match against Tauranga. It also included speaking to the referee during one long break on their attacking goal line during the second half.
