@Stargazer The starting hooker for my and @Magpie_in_aus Texans looks familiar, hopefully he will turn out to be equally as good as our former captain Ash Dixon turned out to be. Somewhat fortuitously I am up home for a couple of weeks so will be fronting up at Whitmore Park tomorrow to see how much we can put Pirates to the sword by.

@Higgins He's a marist boy, so I expect you to be very happy to see him in the Tech jersey and not NOBM's! Leo played 7s for Napier Pirate a few seasons ago, so I wondered whether Tyrone would go there.

@Stargazer I note the April team of the month contains the Marist hooker so maybe he has weighed it all up and decided the Mighty Texans is the place he wants to be! Also noted is the right winger in that team will be missing from the Texans matchday 23.
Incidentally it is the closest club to Napier BHS, being only about 400 yards away, so another good reason.
