RWC Week 1: France v All Blacks

@Joans-Town-Jones That would require the acknowledgement of a problem.
@broughie and that is something that Foster is clearly never going to acknowledge which is why we are where we are.
His constant references to learnings is a joke and intended to fool us into thinking he has some analytical skills which he will diligently apply to the next game plan. -
The penalty counts have been very telling. Huge difference coaching the Crusaders in NZ vs test rugby. Clearly he is not up to it.

This game really underlined how bad Ryan is. He keeps selecting awful players like Cody Taylor at the expense of genuinely good forwards. Vaa'i would make no other squad.
NZ rugby is rotten.
This is hilarious.
@Stargazer You should watch some Crusaders highlights again, and keep ignoring test rugby. AB forwards gave away penalties at a terrible rate the last two games. He is selecting Taylor over Taukei'aho. He is clearly not up to test rugby level.

@Tim Taukei'aho hasn't exactly been doing much to deserve the start himself, this year.
It's the players who give away too many penalties, not the coaches.
I don't know why I'm even replying to someone who has obviously drunk too much.
@Stargazer I must be drunk at noon because I recognize that we got thrashed again? You live in Crusaders fanboy fantasy land.

@Jimmy-Jimmy I will block anyone who uses the word "learning again". Is a disgusting word.

@Duluth the fact that ST is 4th with only 20m says it all really
Or that Nepo was one of the best carriers in the tight forwards. Hardly his strength

I'm not the only one who has constantly said that we get nothing from our props as ball-carriers. The Aust props are so much more effective by comparison.

@Bovidae our current props work around the park are like most other international teams were a decade or so back while ours were running, passing, offloading, cleaning...now ours are battling, everywhere.

@akan004 I loathe Mark Robinson just as much
More. I don't blame Fozz for wanting the job. Robinson chose him

Agree.
You can argue the first appointment wasn't totally unreasonable. THE FUCKING REAPPOINTMENT PARTWAY THROUGH YEAR TWO PISSES ME OFF, AND EVERYTHING SINCE THEN MAKES ME RAGE WITH THE FURY OF A THOUSAND SUNS
Fuck the board, fuck Robinson, fuck Silverlake

@mencey Foster is learning, but the players aren’t

Yep. But the Busk stops. SW and BR were in the 2015 team that won the WC. They are probably the greatest locking pair in history. There are genuine great players in this team like Ardie. It all starts with the game plan and picking of that team. Some of these players should not be there anymore or should not have been there in that first place. Christie comes to mind among others. Used to rate ALB. But he has lost it. Anyway. I think Razor knows how to build a team. He is there to prove me wrong but I would not bet against him.
I don't think SW and BR are quite the same players. But they are still good ones. ALB's ceiling wasn't so high but he def isn't quite the player he was and has more competition (maybe).
Yep, well said that man. Age has caught up with some of these players.

Foster consistently played Taylor and even Coles ahead of Taukei'aho. He did that until injury forced him otherwise. He did it even when Taylor's form was dreadful.
Foster clearly prefers Taylor.
We have no idea of which hooker Ryan would prefer.

Look at the positives.
Nepo Laulala caught the ball in tough sweaty conditions AND made a few metres.
The learnings are clearly working
