Last home and away game. Played them in the semi the next week and racked up 40 odd.

Absolutely dominant performance. Chiefs started well but the Blues weathered that brief storm then just went to work and blew them off the park. Awesome.

AJ LAM, what a stat line.
Made more tackles than any other Blues back, no turnovers, no penalties,
12 runs, 67 metres (both behind Clarke) and 7 (yes, 7!) defenders beaten.

Chiefs were poor. Easy to look great when there's almost no pressure and opposition is playing poorly

Also congrats to the Chiefs on making the final, I'm not death riding them like others fans on here. Spluttered their way there but were deserving finalists in the end and just got done by a better team on the night.

Cotter’s gameplan in these conditions were excellent. Massive blessing in disguise with how the season played out and having Plummer shift to 10 more permanently. A big contrast to how him and Perofeta play at 10 and have been impressed with Plummer.
