As in the first test it was there for England but when it mattered they didn't capitalise on territory or possession.
NZ had the far better bench and it counted

Huge work ons everywhere. Backline is disjointed at first phase and open field. Defense still so passive!!

Clarke will make a difference for the carries, and yes his speed is useful.

The calls constantly come from people who have no idea how a centre should play. Dollars to donuts if he'd taken other options every time they complained they'd bitch about the predictable outcome too. Case in point when he made the good decision to hold the ball rather than shovel it to marked players in worse positions.

Given the apparent ease at which our wings were skinned on the outside maybe we should select a world-class winger with genuine pace. Pity we have him playing at 13.
