Wallabies lost Piestch and Wilson to injury on the weekend on top of Valetini, Tupou, Lynagh, Lolesio, Donaldson etc etc
Boks for this weekend are without Siya Kolisi , Arendse, Van der Merwe and Du Toit who all got injured from last weekend.

I think it depends on the nature of the injuries, things like soft tissue injuries you can maybe question fitness and conditioning ,
But collision injuries like a bone fracture are going to happen regardless

It's quite possible the coaches sincerely think they know what Dalton offer and want to see other options while they can but that doesn't quite explain other positions, like Savea at 8 (thinks)...

Considering the lack of talents in the backline (10, 11, 13, 14), the All Blacks should revert to a 9 man game. Don't throw the ball wide and insist with the big ball carriers in the tight. The main problem with this kind of tactic is to find a 1st Five with a massive and precise boot.

Mind you that easy to defend, just have back 3 well back and run everything back. If you don't run the ball back you will find the outsides of opposition will just cover. I think you underestimating our backline .
