Final - Crusaders v Chiefs

The Chiefs cannot let the Crusaders score first in the second.

Chiefs attack has been very narrow. Not sure if Rona or Carter have even touched the ball. Their D is still very active led by QT and Vaa’i.
Saders attack a little up and down. Few boys need to change their boots and get the longer studs on. Defensive pattern in phase play is good except when the Chiefs are on their line.

Gardner finally figured out what was going on in the scrums. Yay. Bullshit call on Barrett being tackled away from the ruck, that created a hole. Try shouldn’t have stood. Chiefs hanging in there, Can the Saders hold them in the third qtr.

Narawa and Reece both making big contributions to their teams in different ways.
Saders kicking game better than the Chiefs. Scrums have been 50/50 for both with multiple penalties against both teams.
Not too many lineouts so far.

Chiefs kick-offs have been great, but Crusaders scrum is monstering the Chiefs. The mongols will have to go wide if they want to split the evil empire.

Chiefs through Ah Kuoi, LJ and Norris have done a fantastic job at making their attacking rucks messy without being whistled off the park. Has thrown the Saders off a few times.

As a neutral it’s a superb watch, really hope DMac fires up in the second.
