The part I don't understand is the private owners think they will actually be able to make money and make the "NZ20" any more popular with fans than the Super Smash is. Good luck to them though, I would love to see dometic T20 with averages attendances of ~10K.

Clarke's a bit of a myth. A winger who isn't really a second fullback nor an elite try-scorer. We can do better.

Jordan has shown an inability to create for others from 15.

That's a bit of a weird take. Clarke has been our best winger this year, his main problem seems to be staying fit to play more than a few games.

It's not all that bad, during the game they showed a stat for ODI winning percentage at homesince 2019. I can't remember the exact details but the Black Caps were well on top with something like 96% and only 2 losses.

I like Jacomb as a prospect, but also he has not shown anything yet to remotely suggest he would be an upgrade on Barrett/McKenzie at Super Rugby level.

It is imperative he plays week in week out next season for the sake of NZR, as I personally think of those who have already played first class rugby, he is the only one at this point who looks like he could be an ABs 10.
