Searched for the thread but seems to have disappeared into the mists of interweb obscurity.
Seems you and @blackdragon did overlap a bit though.

I joined around the time or just before the 2005 Lions tour. Led to The Fern by a kiwi at one of my clients (Merrill Lynch).
Never forgiven the bastard.

Thankfully they saw sense and realized Tupou playing on that injured knee wasn't Vaa'i-able.
Now Scooter better be 100% or there'll be trouble brewing in the Muppet Show.Im sure Skelton will test Scooter out to make sure hes ok.

I joined around the same time but haven’t been here consistently, tend to drift in when the allblacks are active .
I was here for the 2007 meltdown though

Before my time too, it was 07 that led me to this place, the injustice of it all was too much to take and the meltdown was somewhat cathartic to read as it articulated my thoughts so much better than the media articles afterwards (I didn't care about the forward pass, it was the ZERO penalties for 60 minutes!!). Then I joined a year or so later.

Just learned a fact that astonished me.
Listening to Jamie Wall talking to Devlin and in the introduction he made mention of the fact that the Wallabies haven't beaten the All Blacks since 2020! Looked it up and it's TEN straight wins to the ABs. (And as an aside I was at that game in Brissy.)
-
Further to Wall's comment about how many of the current squad would have experienced a loss to Aussie, there were 8 of tonight's XXIII and 12 of the current squad in that XXIII.
Taylor
Barrett
Ardie
BB
RI
ALB
Reece
Jordie
Lomax
Vaa'i
DMac
JordanYou might want to include Aumua who you would expect would be in the squad but for injury. And Ofa maybe.
Edit: Paddy T in the squad that lost in 2019. A few othee repeat offenders in 2019 as well, and two as far back as 2015 (Taylor and BB).

So they are due then…
I am over in Perth for work this week and next, heading along tonight. Hope the win one lose one cycle is broken.
