    Best case:

    • Scott x2 gets the boot, along with Ellison.
    • Ardie gets the boot, he’s not bigger than the ABs and he’s made his intentions clear.
    • New captain - preference is Codie Taylor
    • Jamie Joseph takes over as head coach and he somehow entices his mate T Brown to come home.

Genuine question Canes. What intentions had Ardie made clear? I not talking about speculation on here or in Herald.
Just one thing I would like answered amongst all the others, like Codie is another supposedly pulling pin if Razor stays etc,

NZRU needs to be ruthless. We have about $200m in cash reserves... Dip into it, clean house, and get the best coaching staff available (including Tony Brown if you have to pay SA).

If it's true Ardie had signed with R360 - then he can fuck off too. I'm guessing Ardie was meeting with R360 backers when that photo went viral of him drunk in Dubai with Henry Pollock, Blair Kinghorn, Sititi, etc was doing the rounds.

I had a look on Ardie’s Instagram incase he’d posted the news himself. He’s deliberately enabled tags of him on posts around playing for overseas clubs and players being unhappy about not being able to play overseas.

He’s performative and ofc he will have made his intentions clear

Thought he already had that gig? Mentor etc? All Black coach needs a mentor? I was surprised when Smith was made perfomance coach as it was. these things are all bullshit, just get your coach to coach ffs!!!

Not going to happen, but we could do with his man-management skills....

@Victor-Meldrew sadly NZR have stumbled and bumbled thier way to this moment since Tew left, Robinson hasnt exactly left the place in a better position than when he arrived.

Fair enough jimmy, I don't follow anyone on instagram or any of that stuff, I.m pretty old fashioned and don't live in social media world. I use internet to follow rugby (forums like tis etc) and watching music. My 2 passions in life boring as huh?
Don't need to know what everyone thinks etc every minute of their lives.

I’m certainly not saying you do by any means! But that’s how Savea operates so it’s a good insight into his psyche

    All of us! 🙂

Needs to be something substantive today. Or we'll end up with a 500 page thread up until a boring team naming by Robertson in May, starting with "Barrett, Beauden. Barrett, Scott, Captain" etc...

    Smith is already involved.

Henry might be a better option. I don't see Robertson being humble enough to want/accept outside help.

Didn't name which coach that is .

One of the rumours you've posted must be right.

It's a bit embarrassing that a coach of Robertson success at Super Rugby needs a mentor. It does bring into question the quality of coaching at that level. This is the level which it meant to prepare players for the All Blacks but can't prepare coaches for the All Black head coaching role?

Apparently, he had signed with R360, if he wants to go then by all means go. I don't care who you are, if you're not 100% committed to the AB jersey, then you shouldn't be selected.

I suspect the rumours moving fast isn't a good sign for the level of chaos happening behind the scenes.
