Yeah they were that’s why the ball died he got done by the slope which made in carry more than it usually does ,on another ground it wouldn’t have carried the rest were soft dismissals they played with hard hands and to late to a pitched up swinging ball.
Really they should have known better they have played enough in England to have a plan to combat the seaming ball.
They need a big kick in the arse. -

Maybe? We batted erratically at best throughout the home summer, and shithouse in the second warmup game. England look fired up and aggressive, but I guess they're also back home, in the sun at Lords, after being beaten up in Oz and in the Caribbean.
I'd rather have their coach than ours I guess..
