I've had a bit of a look at the admin side of things, as I sit on a Board a level below NSWRU. It is a very closed shop, and I didn't go to the right school neither am I prepared to compromise a few core values that would help the game :winking_face_with_tongue:

As for the player development: outside some of the pro pathways, which are jealously guarded and fucked over at times by the school system, there isn't any
