I've had a bit of a look at the admin side of things, as I sit on a Board a level below NSWRU. It is a very closed shop, and I didn't go to the right school
neither am I prepared to compromise a few core values that would help the game :winking_face_with_tongue:As for the player development: outside some of the pro pathways, which are jealously guarded and fucked over at times by the school system, there isn't any

One thing for sure, the Foster era and its ultimate ending will make for a fun pub conversation in 10-20 years time. How history will remember it will be fascinating.

The RWC win would have papered over some cracks. I'm not sure the Fozz era will be seen as much more than a down period in the history of the jersey and the team
