There is a reason they wanted whitelock back, we don’t have that dominant lineout player in NZ currently

You could argue these days that an out an out fetcher is no longer really needed. All players have the ability for turnovers. Lineouts are a key battle for possession and I would say you need a genuine lineout option in the loose trio more then a fetcher.
