Not saying its right, one assumes this is what Razor sold to nzr

Well the Gregor Paul article did mention there was no one from a high performance perspective on the panel making the decision....

um, the performance of the high performance staff is also due for scrutiny!

But ...
I suspect SB still has more to give while we transition to the new breed, just not as skipper. But there are 6 test class locks currently in the mix (and Beehre is the new great white hype).And both ALB and RI looked sharper than wunderkind Proctor. Suggest the latter has a bit to prove as well.

In any decent coaching regime all five would be surplus to requirements and jettisoned.
Whilst it may seem harsh to drop two Barretts at once its worth pointing out theres another one who'll make it. The Whettons never had that luxury.

Yeah he did, although I was just being bitchy pointing out the proposed messiah's at centre didn't really perform to the standard of the hype attributed to them.
